Arizona Resident Finds Pregnant Rattlesnake Under Their Bed

Rattlesnake Solutions, a pest control service in Arizona shared a picture on Facebook of a pregnant rattlesnake that had slithered into a resident’s home and had gotten under their bed.

This reportedly happened in an apartment complex located around North Phoenix and the Cave Creek area. Professional snake handler Mitch was the first one to respond to the call and drove out to handle the situation.

“Most of the time that we respond to a “rattlesnake in the house!” call, it ends up being a Nightsnake. Not this time … Mitch responded to his home and a big Western Diamondback Rattlesnake was found just like this,” Rattlesnake Solutions wrote on Facebook.

After Mitch realized it was a rattlesnake he had to go back outside to his vehicle to get the tongs and bucket. Mitch safely removed the snake from the home, but before he did he was able to capture a picture of it under the bed.

The homeowner said they left the front door slightly open for less than five minutes when they stepped outside for a moment and they believe that’s when the snake entered the home. Luckily no one was injured, including the snake, and the homeowners could rest peacefully that night.
