Garth Brooks Brought To Tears By Wife, Trisha Yearwood

Garth Brooks may be considered one of the most iconic artists in music history, but that’s never stopped him from opening up and showing his true emotions.

And one thing that always gets to him? His beautiful wife, Trisha Yearwood

During a fundraiser for the Music Health Alliance at the City Winery in Nashville, TN, a group of country stars joined forces to show their support for health care in the music industry.  The artists all took turns performing “The First and Worst,” one of their best songs and one of their worst, decided by the artist themselves.

Brooks and Yearwood were joined by Lee Brice, Jessi Alexander, Bobby Braddock and Sandy Knox on stage, singing an array of country music hits (and flops).

But one song really got to the iconic country singer, and that was Yearwood’s “Nothin’ ‘Bout Memphis” performance.

As his wife sang, Brooks couldn’t help but show raw emotion. In a soothing and emotional tone, Yearwood beautifully sang about lost love, as Brooks broke down in the background, rocking back and fourth while wiping away tears.

What a beautiful moment to see Brooks so touched by music.

Watch the emotional performance below.
