When the late King of Rock and Roll passed away in August 1977, his baby girl was just nine-years-old. Nobody ever thought they would hear the beautiful sound of her singing alongside her legendary father…until now.

The abilities of technology never cease to amaze us, and as pure proof of that, a remastered video performance of Elvis Presley singing “In The Ghetto” has been united with an equally powerful recording of Lisa Marie Presley singing her daddy’s hit.

As Lisa Marie sings this timeless song to her long gone father, tears begin to stream down her face and she is visibly distraught with emotion – missing her father.

“In The Ghetto” was recorded in 2007 by Lisa Marie as a duet with her father in order to raise money for The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation to continue The King’s own tradition of generosity and community service.

Lisa Marie’s duet version reached the No. 1 spot on the iTunes store in the US and has been a fan favorite ever since.

Watch this incredible example of technology making history with Elvis and his beautiful daughter, Lisa Marie in the video below!
