On her latest YouTube video, Sadie Robertson expressed her new love for her FitBit.

A FitBit is a wireless, wearable technology that measures the number of steps you walk, your heart-rate, your quality of sleep and so much more.

It is a medical recommendation that you walk 10,000 steps per day and a FitBit helps you track that!

Sadie also revealed that her family is in a competition to see who takes the most steps in a day, and surprisingly, her dad is winning!

Sadie put herself to work in a video she posted on Instagram. She hopes to win the competition today!

In her YouTube video, she explains that her FitBit competition got her thinking, “What if we were that motivated to do other things in life?”

So, she came up with a “SoulBit Challenge“. It’s a personal challenge to better yourself and those around you! She made six easy steps, but they are easier said than done.

Read the steps below.

  1. One step in the right direction
  2. Ten compliments to family members
  3. Heal one burned relationship
  4. Build three friends up
  5. Spend five minutes in prayer and five minutes in self-reflection
  6. Seven compliments to yourself

Her SoulBit Challenge is called a challenge for a reason. It’s not supposed to be easy, but from the sounds of it, it is rewarding.

Your trophy is happiness,” she explains in the video. We will definitely be taking part in the SoulBit Challenge. What about you?
