One of the constant struggles people face when developing a workout plan is finding one that is both challenging and fun. Usually, a workout is either one or the other, but such is not the case with a new, country-themed workout.

Popular fitness company Beachbody announced its plans to release a new country dance workout program called Country Heat. Set to popular country hits such as “I Like It, I Love It,” “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy),” and “Play Something Country,” the workout helps participants burn calories by dancing along.

Many of the dances are structured in a line dance style, something country fans are quite familiar with. Each workout is 30 minutes long, and the moves are simple enough that anyone can dance along. The moves are designed to help burn calories and tone specific parts of your body, including your shoulders, arms, and legs.

Unlike other dance workout videos, there isn’t just one person standing in a room talking to you about the moves. Country Heat has a coach, but there are also plenty of other dancers in the room for you to watch, making it feel like you’re hanging out and dancing around at a country tailgate.

You can check out the trailer for Country Heat in the video below.
