Carrie Underwood Shocks Everyone During ACM Performance, And You’ll Never Guess How!

Sunday night (April 3), Carrie Underwood performed her latest single “Church Bells” at the 51st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.

As per usual, she delivered an amazing vocal performance, but that’s not the only thing she did during her performance.

Not only did Underwood sing like a country-rock goddess, she had a drum solo. Yes, you read that right!

We are used to seeing Carrie play the guitar and have the occasional harmonica solo, but we never knew she could play the drums like that!

During her performance, two musicians beside her played the timpani drums. For a section of the song, Underwood shocked the crowd as the drummers stepped back and let her take charge.

At the end of her impressive drum solo, she threw her drum sticks in front of her like a total boss and continued singing.

Following her surprising solo, you can hear the audience go as wild as we did!
