With flames drawn in the background for added ambiance, Adam Wakefield sings a soft, piano-filled rendition of “Love Has No Pride”.
The song was originally sung by Bonnie Raitt in 1972 on her album Give It Up, but brought into the country fold when Linda Ronstadt sent her country-rock version to a high-landing spot on the charts just a year later.
In this turned-up performance, a cityscape is the backdrop as young Wakefield takes the audience back to one of the greatest times in country music.
