Tim McGraw & Faith Hill Split Up Tennessee Ranch

Nashville is buzzing about the latest news involving Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.  After their oldest daughter, Gracie, graduated from high school last year, the two of them are geared for another celebration, as their middle daughter, Maggie, prepares for her own graduation.

Now that two of their three daughters are off to college, McGraw and Hill have the time to focus on making some big plans.

For the past three years, McGraw and Hill have been trying to sell their large ranch property located about 45 minutes out of Nashville. The $18.5 million property features an adorable log cabin, which McGraw and Hill frequently retreat to on the weekends, along with an antebellum-style home.

Although the property is located in a gorgeous part of Tennessee, the amount of acreage it covers seems to be a deterrent for potential buyers. With a total of 750 acres of land, pastures, and paddocks, it would be a challenge for anyone to keep up the property and the two homes, especially since the antebellum house is in need of some repairs.

Because of that, McGraw & Hill made the decision to split the property in two. They already sold off 123 acres, with the rest of the land being divided into two portions so they each contain one of the houses. A 350 acre stretch of property comes along with the antebellum house, while the remaining 268 acres goes with the log cabin.

The property’s listing agent, Steve Fridrich, told realtor.com that he thinks the property could sell even quicker if McGraw and Hill divided it into smaller pieces, but that isn’t something they want to do at this time.

If I broke it into 50-acre tracts, we could have a big sale sooner,” Fridrich said. “But Hill and McGraw don’t want to slice up the property like a Thanksgiving turkey. So, they’re waiting for the right buyer, perhaps someone on the business side of country music.

There has been a lot of interest in the piece of property with the log cabin already, so it seems like McGraw and Hill may finally be able to sell their ranch after all this time.

You can catch a glimpse of the beautiful property in the video below, in which Jimmy Kimmel from Jimmy Kimmel Live! stopped by and surprised McGraw and Hill with a visit. As you can expect, hilarity ensued.

We wish McGraw and Hill the best of luck with the sale of their ranch!
