Find Out Who Played The Most EPIC Prank On Blake Shelton!

If the city of Nashville was a high school, Brad Paisley would be named the class clown. Over the years, Paisley has become known in the country community for his sense of humor and over-the-top pranks. 

No one is safe from Paisley’s mischief, especially not his good friend, Blake Shelton. During an interview with People, Paisley recalled the most epic prank he ever pulled, and Shelton happened to be the target.

Along with his road manager, Paisley snuck into Shelton’s tour bus one time to carry out what is hands down, his best prank ever. After they made their way on the bus, Paisley and his manager stuck a pop up air freshener under a table where it didn’t look suspicious.

Although that may seem innocent, it turns out the air freshener had a much more unique smell than your typical berry or flower scent…raw chicken.

You read right. Paisley and his manager replaced the scented stick in the air freshener with some raw chicken meat, stuck the air freshener to the bottom of the table, and waited for chaos to unfold. 

Paisley said that it took two days before Shelton and his crew finally figured out what was making their tour bus smell like rotten meat. They spent all of that time desperately searching for the source of the smell, but the air freshener was the last place they thought to check.

“They said they missed it every time they looked,” Paisley said, “because, it’s a stick-up air freshener, and why would it be this thing that smells like death?“

Once Shelton and his crew figured out where the smell was coming from, he knew right away that Paisley was responsible for the prank. They were able to get a good laugh out of the whole situation, something Paisley attributes to their similar personalities.

“He and I are very much that way, cut from the same cloth,” he said.

Paisley and Shelton make quite the comedic duo. During Season 9 of The Voice, Shelton brought Paisley on as his team advisor, and there was no shortage of hilarious moments between the two of them. Check out some of their best rehearsal outtakes in the video below.

It will be hard for Paisley to top the prank he pulled on Shelton, that’s for sure!
