Special guest and frontwoman of Sugarland, Jennifer Nettles, co-wrote this somber and stunning tune with one of country music’s most celebrated songwriters, Brandy Clark.
Released in January 2016, “Unlove You” is a poignant tune about a relationship that has fallen into a state of disrepair, with the singer exclaiming how it will never work – but she still can’t find a way to “unlove” her partner.
When she takes the stage with beloved Voice contestant Alisan Porter, their combined talents paired so perfectly, that you would be forgiven if you believed it had been written as a duet just for them!
