Awards show day is always a busy time for country stars, and such is the case when it comes to the CMT Music Awards. This year's awards will take place on Wednesday night (June 8), and will feature performances from some of the genre's biggest stars.
After getting ready, walking the red carpet, performing, and watching the several hour-long ceremony, you can bet that country artists work up an appetite at the CMT Music Awards. When it's time to leave, they go off on a mad dash to obtain the one thing they've been craving all night long.
Many of the performers and nominees for the night took the time to share with iHeartCountry what they'll be chowing down on after the CMT Music Awards are over. Some of the stars have some bizarre cravings, especially Luke Bryan, who wondered if "grapefruit and vodka" was considered food.
As for Cole Swindell, he can never decide if he just wants a savory snack, or something sweet as well. When asked what his post-award show craving is, he said, "chicken fingers and then maybe some Ben & Jerry's."
But Brett Eldredge knows exactly what he'll be eating after the CMT Music Awards, and his craving is definitely one of the strangest. "Peanut butter, always," he said with a stone cold face, before adding, "I want some right now."
