Reba McEntire is a multitalented performer. She can sing a song that’ll shock a person, a tune that tells a story, or one that’ll fill our heart with warmth like “Angel’s Lullaby.”

The sweet song was first heard during a season finale episode of her hit sitcom Reba, where she plays the title character, Reba Hart.

The episode was titled It Ain’t Over ‘Till The Redhead Sings, and that’s exactly what she did following the birth of her character’s granddaughter, Elizabeth Montgomery. In the scene, the whole Hart family was in the hospital to meet the newest member of their family.

In perfect comedic timing, Reba tells her granddaughter, “[I’m] your grandma! What’s that? I look to young to be your grandma?”

After holding Elizabeth in her arms for a few seconds, Reba expresses her love in this moment as she sings her sweet granddaughter a lullaby that could very well surpass all others.

“Now I believe in miracles, and you’re the reason why,” she sang.

Anyone who has ever held a newborn baby can attest to that heartwarming feeling.

Reba really puts her all into this and we can’t get enough of it.
