It would be a dream to step into the country kitchen of Miss Kay Robertson. With all of her amazing recipes, it would be hard to turn down an invitation to join her and cook up something delicious. So that’s exactly what this 700 Club reporter did!
They discussed Miss Kay’s cookbook ‘Duck Commander Kitchen’, and even gave the scoop on some of the Robertson family favorites. They started out by making traditional baked macaroni and cheese, with lots of cheese and even more butter! Miss Kay isn’t a fan of substituting healthier ingredients but says that she has done it before for a lighter recipe.
She also talked about her famous duck wraps. Basically, duck wrapped in bacon… YUM! For those of you who have never tried duck before, Miss Kay suggests trying the duck wraps first and then you’ll be hooked.
