That order is his favorite pair of underwear, which he got ready for a special night out. The small town set up adds to the commercials charm and humor, making it all just seem right.
As the employees of the dry cleaner and Blake share banter back and forth, Blake goes to leave and an older woman comes in to get her dry cleaning. She comments on his pair of underwear and Blakes response is priceless!
