It’s been more than five years, but we can still watch Brooks & Dunn‘s farewell concert on repeat.

In 2010, after twenty years of working side by side, Brooks & Dunn decided to go their separate ways.

We can all agree that our hearts broke a little bit that day, right?

The group began their farewell tour on April 23, 2010, and traveled around the country giving Brooks & Dunn fans one last chance to see the two together.

In their final concert on September 2, 2010, Brooks & Dunn gave the audience a performance to remember when the legendary Reba McEntire surprised everyone and began singing one of our favorites, “Cowgirls Don’t Cry.” The moment the crowd got a glimpse of Reba, they went wild, and we have to admit… we did too!

The duo ended the concert with an energetic rendition of their hit song, “Brand New Man” and it was stunning!! Talk about going out with a bang!

Check out the videos below to see Brooks & Dunn’s final performances of “Cowgirls Don’t Cry” and “Brand New Man” and we’re sure y’all will be missing them more than ever!
