Akim Camara is not your average five-year-old. Although he might like coloring, playing with his friends, and watching cartoons like everyone else his age, Akim is way beyond his years musically.
He joined famous conductor André Rieu along with the Johann Strauss Orchestra, and completely blew the audience away the second he started playing his violin.
Performing Felix Mendelssohn’s ‘Dance of The Fairies’, Akim captivated the entire audience, including us at home, with his effortless talent.
On Rieu’s YouTube page, he describes Akim as having an, “uncanny ability to memorize a musical piece after hearing it only once or twice.”
His performance ended with a well-deserved standing ovation form the entire theater. Akim and Rieu took center stage and bowed, holding hands. Adorable!
We don’t know what this kid eats for breakfast, but we know we want some of it!
