For over 30 years, Renee Hendrix, a NICU nurse at WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia, has helped give countless infants a fighting chance at life and been an incredible pillar of support for their families.
To celebrate National Nurses Day, Kleenex compiled a video of families telling Hendrix what a meaningful impact her compassion and dedication has had on them.
