Singing the National Anthem is a big responsibility. It is probably the most famous song ever written, and every American knows the words.

It is a difficult song to sing, and many singers have not done it justice. Craig Wayne Boyd is not one of those singers.

He sings this song with such ease and class, it’s hard to believe he was discovered just a year ago! The Voice’s Season 9 champion proves he’s still got it, with his wonderful rendition of the National Anthem at an Arizona Diamondbacks game.

The range on his vocals is just incredible! He hits the lower notes beautifully, and belts the high notes, never even having to use his falsetto.
