During a baseball game opening, a 7-year-old shows he’s got what it takes to make sure ‘the show goes on’

As is tradition at baseball games, a national anthem is sang before the game can start. Ethan Hall was selected as the performer for a game at Coopers Stadium in Adelaide, South Australia. While he was more than ready to perform “Advance Australia Fair”, he wasn’t quite as ready for a strong case of the hiccups!

While the announcer introduces him to the stadium, you can see the hiccups start to come on and the microphone even picks up a bit of a squeak! Right when he finishes the first line of the song, the hiccups come in full force

This brave youngster powered through them without any stopping! The camera pans around and you can catch glimpses of the baseball players snickering and hiding their laughter behind their caps.

Once the little trooper is finished, the audience goes wild and he gets high-fives from the entire team for his fantastic performance!
