Decades have passed since the world lost American sweetheart Patsy Cline following the tragic crash of her private plane March 5,1963. Even though there will never be another quite like Cline, her legacy lives on through the music she left in her wake

While the song came out over five decades before she was even born, she sure knows how to sing it like a pro! An adorable 8-year-old with a beautiful voice steals hearts with a captivating rendition of Cline’s “Walkin’ After Midnight.”

Donning a sparkly pink top paired with equally adorable pigtails, young Marleigh Miller blew the crowd of Boomtown away with her rendition of Cline’s iconic tune back in April of 2012. While the young vocalist surely has a long journey ahead of her, we’re sure it’s only a matter of time before we see her name in lights.

“Walkin’ After Midnight” was released in 1957 by the country music icon, going on to become her first major single.

You can watch Marleigh’s rendition of “Walkin’ After Midnight” below.
