‘I Get To Tear Blake Apart’ Adam Levine Teases Blake Shelton About His Loss

Team Adam was victorious on The Voice season 9 finale.
The winner, Jordan Smith, blew everyone away from the first time he stepped on stage during his blind audition. During the finale, host Carson Daly revealed that Smith out-sang the rest of the competition and won the coveted ‘Voice’ trophy.
During an interview after the show, Smith and Levine sat down to talk about their victory, and Levine was pretty honest about his emotions, and to be more specific, how excited he was that Blake Shelton lost!
“It’s really quite beautiful because Jordan gets to win ‘The Voice’,” he says, “and I get to tear Blake apart for the next six months, bragging about my win and his drought of victory. It’s gonna be great.”
