Miranda Lambert has had a big year so far, releasing a new single, ” Sweet By and By” and being nominated for three ACM Awards. But as Variety reports, Lambert has another big thing to celebrate.
According to Variety, Vlad the Revealer from Celebrity Address Aerial informed them that Lambert recently purchased a $3.4 million rustic compound about an hour South of Nashville, Tennessee. (Note that Variety had previously and incorrectly reported that the property was purchased by Blake Shelton, but that has since been corrected by the outlet.)
The compound spans 400+ acres and has three separate residences on the property. Two of the homes are rustic and cabin-like in style, with a large front porch on the bigger of the two cabins.

In addition to the three homes, the property includes 75 acres of fenced pasture, a lake, and a small horse stable. There are also a series of lighted walking trails on the property, which lead to a creek-side pavilion in the woods next to a stage.

It seems what Variety reports could be true, because the front porch of Lambert’s reported new home looks quite similar where she spent the past weekend “writin’” and “singin’” with her boyfriend Anderson East.
After looking at the photo Lambert shared from the weekend, the porch she was sitting on has strikingly similar characteristics to the porch on the main house at the rustic property in Nashville.

If Lambert really did purchase the rustic compound in Tennessee, we’re happy for her, because it looks gorgeous! You can see more photos of the property here.
We think the compound seems like the perfect place to spend a weekend writing and singing!
