Blake Shelton Surprised By Brother-In-Law On Stage

Blake Shelton kicked off his most recent tour in Cincinnati, Ohio on Thursday night (Feb. 18) to a crowd full of excited fans.

Prior to the show, Blake’s sister, Endy, tweeted about how she wished she could be there, but said she would still be with her brother in spirit.

Even though Blake’s sister couldn’t make it to the concert, his brother-in-law, Mike, was in the audience that night. Well, at least in a sense.

Within recent years, it has become a popular thing at large sporting events or concerts for people to bring cardboard cutouts or “big heads” along with them. So that’s why it should come as no surprise that one of the audience members at Blake’s Cincinnati concert brought a cardboard cutout along. What is surprising is the fact that the cardboard cutout wasn’t of Blake, but his brother-in-law.

The cutout happened to catch Blake’s attention, and he held it up on stage for everyone to see. In true Blake style, he couldn’t help but crack a few jokes at his brother-in-law’s expense.

Thank God their kids look like my sister is all I’m saying,” Blake joked, while the crowd roared with laughter.

After a while, Blake decided he had enough of looking at his brother-in-law’s photo.

Please, get this away from me. This is not inspiring,” he said, handing the cutout back into the crowd. “He’s a good guy, he’s just really ugly.”

You can watch the hysterical moment in the video below.

We wonder if Blake’s real brother-in-law will ever join him on stage, because we’re sure that would be even more hilarious!
