LeAnn Rimes Stuns With Tear-Filled Tribute To Patsy Cline

When LeAnn Rimes first stepped on to the country music scene, there was no mistaking her incredible talent.
However, her voice was more than that. Her talent had an uncanny resemblance to the late, great, Patsy Cline and that caught the eyes of nearly everyone in the industry.
Luke Bryan made sure to acknowledge exactly that when he introduced Rimes to the stage at the 2013 ACM Awards. Rimes was set to perform what had the potential to be one of her most historic moments in music. As fate would have it, when she took the stage she created that moment perfectly.
Rimes performed a medley of Cline’s hit songs, including “Leavin’ On Your Mind,” “Walkin’ After Midnight,” “Crazy”, and the signature, “Sweet Dreams.” She made it through most of the performance without any mishaps, but near the end, Rimes broke down. That couldn’t have been easy!
Cline’s legacy has spanned time and generations. Even though she was taken away too soon, her memory will always continue through the music she left behind. Thankfully we have artists like Rimes who honor that memory with elegance, grace, and just enough emotion!
