‘AGT’ Star Sweetly Sings ‘Tennessee Whiskey’ With ‘Brother’ Who Has Down Syndrome

Milton Patton/Facebook

Milton Patton won the America’s Got Talent judges over with his incredible rendition of Brad Paisley’s “Whiskey Lullaby” when he first auditioned for the show. A few years later, and he’s still singing about whiskey, but this time, it’s with the help of a close friend of his.

It seems the duo are even closer than just friends, as Patton refers to him as his “brother” in a recent Facebook post.

“Every single time I go to visit a close friend of mine. He wants to hear some good old country music,” he wrote. “One of his favorites he loves to hear me sing is Chris Stapleton -(Tennessee Whiskey!) So I sing the hell out of it for him and he joins in every time lol. Love this guy. Check out me and my brother Joe!”

He accompanied the sweet words with a selfie video singing the Stapleton super-hit, originally performed by George Jones, and trading off lyrics.

By the looks of things, singing isn’t the only thing they do together. Patton included a photo of some sidewalk chalk art, pointing to where it read, “Milton, Joe, Brothers.”
