Music definitely runs deep in this family! Garth Brooks‘ youngest daughter Allie will leave you heartbroken with a moving rendition of Chris Stapleton‘s “Fire Away.”
Daughter to one of most successful country artists currently on the scene, the 20-year-old definitely doesn’t fall far from the tree. The young singer-songwriter displays God-given talent, channeling the immense emotion of the song that shares the story of loving someone through the worst of times.
The young singer delivered a haunting acoustic rendition of “Fire Away,” conveying the heartbreaking lyrics of Stapleton’s song. Allie puts her own unique twist on the tune, exchanging the deep vocals of Stapleton’s original for her heavenly soft voice.
The video of “Fire Away” was Stapleton’s debut music video, going on to become a symbol of action towards suicide prevention. Stapleton enlisted two talented actors for the music video to portray the role of a young couple affected by severe mental illness.
