Unsuspecting Army Veteran’s Reaction To Why He Was Pulled Over Will Leave You In Tears

Let’s be honest, even if you’re doing nothing wrong, when you see those red and blue lights flashing in your review mirror you’re stomach drops. After an Army veteran by the name of Jarred Wright gets pulled over, he is relieved to see a familiar face walk up to the driver side window, but what happens next will change his life forever. 

After Jarred realizes that the police officer who pulled him over is in fact his friend, he breathes a sigh of relief. The two old friends exchange pleasantries before the officer reveals exactly why he pulled him over: driving with a child not seated in a carseat. A very confused Jarred argues that he has no child in the car with him, prompting his wife to pull something out of her purse.

“Are you sure? Are you positive about this? Are you saying I goofed?” says the officer.

The officer than points Jarred’s attention to the direction of Nikki holding a pregnancy test. 

“We do have a child in the car with no car seat,” she says to a shocked Jarred. 

Jarred recently served in Afghanistan and has been battling with post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety ever since. He was admitted to the hospital after one of his most recent episodes, during which Nikki found out she was pregnant.

Nikki whipped up the elaborate plan as an attempt to bring some happiness into his life, and from the look on his face we think it’s safe to say she succeeded!
