There is a long list of celebrity fans of the Nashville Predators, with Carrie Underwood being at the top of the list.

She has proven her fandom time and time again with “Predicures” and singing the National Anthem before the first home game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Several country singers, including Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Luke Bryan, and Trisha Yearwood, have followed suit, each participating in the honor as well as other Predator traditions.

Urban held up a catfish, part of long-running tradition at Bridgestone Arena, and many others took part in the pre-game towel twirl. There’s one country star that is pledging his loyalty to the Predators with a brand new song appropriately titled “Bring the Stanley Cup to Tennessee”.

Billy Ray Cyrus surprised everyone with a spontaneous anthem about his beloved Predators.

The Stanley Cup is all about tradition, and as a songwriter, I couldn’t help but write about the Nashville Predators. Go Preds! I’m in your corner!” he wrote on social media debuting the song.

Below are sample lyrics from the chorus:

“Bring the Stanley Cup to Tennessee
That would mean the world to fans like me
We’d all stand and cheer
Toast it with a beer,
Bring the Stanley Cup to Tennessee”

Maybe the Preds will be blasting this in their locker room before Game 3, which will be on Saturday (June 3) at 8pm Eastern Time!

Take a listen to his song below and let us know what you think in the comments!
