Things got incredibly sweet at Blake Shelton‘s recent Omaha, Nebraska concert when the crooner was planted with a big ole kiss from an eager 70-year-old woman! Elda Dotson, a hospice patient of Crossroads care facility, wanted nothing more than an extraordinary kiss from Shelton in light of her upcoming birthday, prompting Crossroads to do their very best to grant this fans her hopeful wish!

With a bit of help from outside sources, Dotson was on her way to Shelton’s closest concert, equipped with her custom Shelton t-shirt and dazzling sign reading “It’s my 70th birthday. I wish for a kiss from Blake Shelton.” Sitting in the front row of the riveting event, the woman’s wish was finally granted with a bit of luck as the country star’s performance of George Strait’s “All My Exes Live In Texas” transitioned into the southerner jumping into the audience and letting Dotson plant a peck on his cheek!

Having finally been granted her wish, Dotson was beaming as Shelton followed the sweet gesture with admiring the woman’s custom attire and chuckling at her tenacity and admirable spirit!

Happy birthday, you lucky gal! You can watch the adorable moment below!
