You’ll Never Believe The Adorable Way Carrie Underwood Met Her Husband!

Seven-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood married professional hockey player Mike Fisher back in 2010 and the pair have been leading a picture perfect life of love ever since. So how do two people from seemingly polar opposite worlds come to meet? The answer may surprise you. 

The country singer sat down with Youtube sensation Tyler Oakley to discuss all things from her newest single to, “Dirty Laundry,” to celebrity crushes.

Oakley asked Underwood the hard-hitting question, “Wouldn’t you hope that your husband is a fan of yours?” to which she responded, “No he was! I met him in a meet-and-greet!”

Turns out the Nashville Predators player tracked her down back in 2008 at the fan signing event all in hope of taking the country songstress out on a date. Seeing as the two recently celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary together, it’s safe to say she said yes.
