Carrie Underwood Explains The One Thing She Finds Strange About Her Husband

Between her ongoing Storyteller Tour and his successful career as a professional hockey player, Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher haven’t had much time to spend together. But even with their lack of alone time, the pair is more in love than ever!  

How adorable! In addition to showing Fisher some love over social media, she also boasted over her man an interview with Entertainment Tonight, explaining the one thing she finds so unusual about her relationship with her husband. 

“My husband is as wonderful as he is hot, and I feel like that’s rare,” said Underwood. “He’s amazing. He’s such a great dad and he’s so supportive of what I do and I’m supportive of him and we just love our little family.

Underwood and Fisher recently celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary this past July and welcomed home 19-month-old Isaiah in February of last year. While the seemingly constant separation may be agonizing, Underwood says the time they spend together more than makes up for it. 

“I’ve seen my husband twice in the past month, but we’ll hang on until we can be together.” shared Underwood. “It makes those moments that you are together more special.”
