This country singer has definitely been putting in her time at the gym! Soaking up some sunshine by the lake, Carrie Underwood showed off her rock hard abs posing in a sexy bikini photo posted to Instagram. And boy, does she look great! Clearly, all that hard work has been paying off!

The country singer’s personal trainer, Erin Oprea, was even impressed by her toned figure, commenting on her post “you look fantastic!! Keep killin’ it!! Lots of discipline here!”
She’s been working with Oprea for years and the trainer is known for helping keep many stars in tip-top shape – especially folks like Carrie with a truly demanding tour schedule and performance routine.

In 2016, Underwood debuted her line of swimwear for Calia by Carrie at Dick’s Sporting Goods. To maintain her perfect figure, the country singer spends lots of time working out and maintains a “mostly vegan” lifestyle.
