Bounding out on the stage to honor one of her favorite country legends, Carrie Underwood got the audience on their feet with one of the most fun songs to sing! 

Joining a bunch of country stars for a special event at the Grand Ole Opry, Underwood was blessed with the opportunity to deliver the final performance of the evening to close out the Countdown to the CMA Awards: Country’s Greatest Crossover Hits with a fantastic nod to one of the most inspirational women in country music – Ms. Dolly Parton

Giving Dolly’s beloved chart-topper “9 to 5” a spirited and energetic spin, Underwood shined bright on the stage as she got everyone singing along to this timeless piece of country music history. 

Originally released in 1980 as the title track to a comedy movie Dolly was starring in, “9 to 5” quickly swept the world with its catchy tune and upbeat vibe. The single earned the No. 1 spot in multiple countries and charted in many more.
