Chris Pratt Meets Tim McGraw… What Happens? So Embarrassing

One movie star came face-to-face with an incredibly embarrassing encounter in which meeting his favorite country singer Tim McGraw ended on an uncomfortable note. Actor Chris Pratt admitted to host Seth Myers that McGraw had snagged a part of the star’s country lovin’ heart, even sporting the singer’s cologne “Southern Blend”. 

The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star described seeing McGraw at the Academy Awards, saying, “At the end of the show every one was filing out. I’m looking at Tim McGraw, and as we’re filing out, I’m getting closer and closer [to him.] I’m thinking, ‘This is my chance to talk to Tim McGraw.’“ Pratt, amidst unwavering stares towards McGraw, approached the country boy and complimented his previous performance that same night, prompting the singer to politely thank him but continue on his way. 

“I said, ‘I’m wearing your cologne,'” Pratt admitted to Myers and his audience. “I’m not sure if he was just like being polite, but he was like, ‘Aw, thank you.'” The actor had the audience bursting with laughter as he explained that his embarrassing confession to the country star was definitely an impulsive response!

Regardless, McGraw thanked the actor and left him with hysterical embarrassment and a moment he’s sure to never forget.
