One country music star is lining his pockets with a decent payout after successfully selling his jaw-dropping, Tennessee mansion. Although 10% below the initial asking price of $3.2 million, the singer walked away with a notable price of $2.91 million for a stunning home fit for a southern king.

Charles Kelley, of acclaimed country group Lady Antebellum, closed the deal on his 6,682 square foot mansion, conveniently located in Nashville. Previously purchased by the star in 2012, the four bedroom, luxurious home contains four full and two half-bathrooms while sitting comfortably on a notable 1.56 acres, according to Variety

Built in 1942, the home features stunning renovations done by the county star and his wife throughout their ownership. The estate bears glamorous essentials ranging from a pool and accommodating pool house to a putting green and personal elevator to navigate throughout the separate floors.

Seeing as this mansion screams elegance and southern class, many were quite surprised the eye-catching estate sold towards the lower end of price points for celebrity homes. Regardless, we’re confident the new owners will enjoy basking in the cozy ambiance of such a remarkable establishment.

You can enjoy the virtual compilation of photographs from the estate below.
