For a mere $1.2 million dollars you can say that you and Dolly resided at the same address, albeit many years apart. According to patch.com, the 4,795 square foot home, which was built in 1941, belonged to a man named Carl Dean for over almost two decades.
You may not recognize Dean’s name, but you definitely know his wife, country legend Dolly Parton. Together, the Deans “owned the house at 3146 Glencliff Road between 1980-1996.”
The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is on 2.4 acres of land that is extremely private with a gate surrounding it.
