‘Duck Dynasty’ Newlyweds Give First Look Inside New Home

Just a couple weeks before their October 29th wedding, Duck Dynasty star Reed Robertson and his then-fiancé, Brighton, were busy looking at houses to start their lives together.

A surprise to some fans of the show, Reed and Brighton revealed that after they get married, they will be setting up their home in Nashville, Tennessee, rather than their hometown of West Monroe, Louisiana, where both of their families currently live.

Just a few days after returning from their honeymoon, Missy Robertson, Reed’s mom, revealed on Instagram that the newlyweds had “packed up their 2 dogs/wedding gifts/hand-me-down furniture and left for Nashville.”

After unpacking everything, the newest Robertson couple gave us a first look into their first home together – and it’s picture perfect!

With a large American flag hanging on one wall, the living room is accented with hanging lights, a comfy couch, and a beautiful, white coffee table. The room also includes Reed’s beloved piano.

He is an aspiring musician and had previously moved to Nashville on his own, but now with the support of his wife, there’s no way he won’t succeed!

Brighton recently was accepted to nursing school, so they will both be following their dreams in Music City and they are so excited to do so.

“It’s been such a crazy week moving 7 1/2 hours from home and unpacking everything we own,” Brighton wrote on Instagram. “We’ve been so blessed to receive so many starter items for our home from friends and family to make our home feel so cozy. Reed and I are so excited to be starting this new chapter in our lives in our new home as husband and wife!”
