Feast Your Eyes & Ears On This Guy’s Smokin’ Hot Drum Cover Of ‘Double Trouble’

Oftentimes, people focus on the guitar solos in Lynyrd Skynyrd‘s music more than anything else. And rightfully so, since Skynyrd is well-known for their stellar guitar work.

But some of the band’s songs place the spotlight on other members of the band, such as 1976’s “Double Trouble.” The tune features a rockin’ drum track, laid down by drummer Artimus Pyle. It’s so catchy that it’s impossible to listen to without dancing along.

For those who know how to play the drums, “Double Trouble” is also a blast to jam out to. One YouTube drummer named Nick caught on to that fact, which is why he decided to film a cover of it and post it on his channel.

Watching Nick is a joy, because you can tell how much he loves playing the drums. That passion shows through in his cover, and fueled a high-energy performance from start to finish.

Nick was drumming so hard in fact, that he actually broke his stick toward the end of the cover. Around the 2:34 mark, you see a piece of one of his sticks come flying toward his face! Luckily Nick was able to dodge it, and finished the cover with a bang.

You don’t want to miss out on watching this! Tune in to the video below to see Nick’s smokin’ hot Skynyrd cover.
