Flash Mob Overwhelms Soldier With Beautiful Serenade During Family Shopping Trip

It was magical Father’s Day for one returned soldier when his families shopping trip unexpectedly turned into a chilling serenade that had emotions running high. 

Associated with The Army’s Army, “the world’s only volunteer organization of citizens & businesses pledging moral, physical & spiritual support to the military”, a large group of men and women filled the shopping mall that the family of 8 had been exploring. Proudly displaying his uniform, the father found himself in a surprising situation as people began to swarm the family while singing the moving ballad “God Bless America”. 

Numerous performers were simultaneously recording the emotional moment, trailing the family as their voices rang, “God bless America,/ Land that I love,/ Stand beside her and guide her/ Thru the night with a light from above.” 

As the soldier and his family stopped in the middle of the mall, the singers began to crowd around them and continue their serenade, breaking into a thunderous applause for this hero upon the finale of their performance.
