Garth Brooks’ Live ‘Friends In Low Places’ Performance Will Chase Your Blues Away

Legendary country music artist Garth Brooks commandeered charts when his, perhaps most recognizable single, “Friends In Low Places” was released back in 1989. It spend four straight weeks atop the U.S. country singles chart at #1, and even snagged the title of 1990 Single of the Year from both the CMAs and ACMs. 

The sassy hit has continued to keep itself alive and well, often gracing radio stations and turning even the most proper gentleman into a downright cowboy! It was one performance in particular that gave fans and viewers the full “Low Places” effect with the help of an intricate stage set and very devoted actors!

Brooks entered the scene, resembling the “black tie affair” that he famously references, sporting a perfectly southern button up, cowboy boots, and a flashy belt buckle! The singer made his way around throughout the scene amidst singing his hit single in this riveting performance! As the song number continues, the scene makes a quick stage transition ultimately becomes a vibrant country bar! 

The performance received one hell of an applause from the audience who were more than thrilled with Brooks’ in-depth performance.
