Glen Campbell has had the type of career success that many can only dream of.

The Rhinestone Cowboy’s image is practically engraved into memory. We love Campbell, and when we find hidden gems like this Christmas video, we have to share it with you!

Between the years of 1969 and 1972 he had his own television show on CBS titled, The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour. The show was a mix of comedy, music, and even Campbell’s role as a family man. Some episodes have since been released to DVD, but otherwise these special TV moments are a rare spectacle!

In this Christmas episode, Campbell sings to his son Wesley, who is almost 1-year old in the video. He serenades his sweet boy with a Christmas lullaby titled, “Little Toy Trains”,and then proceeds to sing “There’s No Place Like Home” to the rest of his family.

The beautiful Christmas time episode certainly spreads the holiday spirit! With the whole Campbell family gathered around the cozy fireplace, all that’s missing is a glass of warm cocoa!
