Hear This Country Boy Pour His Heart & Soul Into Powerful ‘Roll With Me’ Cover

YouTube/Aaron Ellis

Sitting at the foot of his bed, this young aspiring musician delivers an incredibly moving acoustic performance of one of Montgomery Gentry‘s thundering power ballads.

Aaron Ellis has been uploading country covers to YouTube for nearly five years, each time learning how to play the song on his trusty guitar and giving his fans an acoustic rendition of a hit song we all know and love.

Three years ago, he picked up a guitar and delivered an incredible cover of a song made famous by one of country music’s most memorable duos, “Roll With Me”.

Originally released as the second single from their 2008 album, Back When I Knew It All, this country super-hit flew all the way to No. 1, adding itself to their growing list of chart-topping songs and following the album’s first single.

With such a strong influence in the country genre, it’s no wonder why Ellis chose this song as one of his early covers – and it sure is a great one!
