Jason Aldean & His Father Star In Heartwarming Commercial That Is Pure Country

Jason Aldean isn’t shy when it comes to discussing his love and admiration for his father. The country superstar credits his father, Barry Williams, for making him initially fall in love with music as well as his intense love for the great outdoors.

As part of a new promo for Field & Stream Shop, the father-son hunting duo came together to film one of the most heartwarming hunting commercials to date. The two sat around a campfire swapping stories and memories on what appears to be a successful hunting trip. 

“The first deer I shot was a doe. I think it was the first time I really shot that shotgun,” recalled Aldean of his first hunting experience. “One thing I remember is how loud it was. I was like, ‘Oh, my god, I can’t hear a thing right now!’ [My] ears [were] ringing, which is funny, because I play music for a living and now they ring every night.”

His father shared his personal feelings on the matter, admitting, “I was probably just as excited as you were. I couldn’t wait to get it back to town to show everybody.”
