You could be the owner of Johnny Depp’s world class Kentucky horse farm, however, it will definitely cost you. The Oscar-winning actor is putting his Kentucky Bluegrass Farm up for auction, available for public bidding Sept.15 at Halfhill Auction Group.

The 41-acre property is located two miles from Lexington’s Keeneland Racehorse, the thoroughbred racetrack named a National Historic Landmark in 1986. The property was designed for equestrians, with three barns, 15 stalls, and 10 watered paddocks spread across the land.

The property’s 6,000-square-foot main residence was built in 1915, containing six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a sunroom, a kitchen, and a four-car garage. So how much cash do you need to get your hands on the lavish estate?

While no official price tag has been placed on Depp’s farm, the property is estimated to sell around the $3 million mark according to Wide Open Country.

According to Robb Report, Depp purchased the property in 1995 for $950,000, selling the property in 2001 for $1 million before repurchasing it once again for twice the amount.

Bids will be open both online and in person.

You can check out the property in the video below.
