Kane Brown initially made his claim to fame after a series of videos uploaded to his Facebook went viral featuring the Georgia-native covering iconic country songs of the past. Fast forward to 2017 and the singer is selling platinum records and charting No.1 singles of his very own.
The 23-year-old country singer released his self-titled debut album in December 2016, since releasing an upgraded deluxe version of the certified Gold album with an additional four songs. Featured on the 15-track album, Brown has fans falling in love with the alluring new song “Heaven.”
Matching the sensuality of his flirty country ballad, Brown debuted a simple yet stunning music video for “Heaven.” The video features the country singer dressed in a simple white T-shirt and jeans, standing alone in a dimly lit room illuminated by romantic candles scattered around the room.
“Everybody’s talking about heaven like they just can’t wait to go/ Saying how it’s gonna be so good, so beautiful,” sings Brown into the microphone. “Lying next to you, in this bed with you, I ain’t convinced/ Cause, I don’t know how, I don’t know how heaven, heaven/ Could be better than this.”
Brown’s platinum-selling single “What Ifs” featuring Lauren Alaina recently dethroned Sam Hunt‘s record shattering “Body Like a Backroad” from No.1 on country radio, Hunt’s song previously enjoying a history-making 34 weeks at the top of the chart.
