Late Night Host Slams Kid Rock Ad With Hysterical Twist

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert Youtube

One TV host built quite the hilarious skit when he poked fun at a Kid Rock advertisement slamming grills made in China amidst promoting his very own American-made products from American Badass Grill Company. Stephen Colbert took to his show Late Show to feature the advertisement showcasing Rock using an American-made firearm to shoot an airborne grill, igniting the item into flames before slamming to the ground.

Colbert was quick to call out the special effects of the clip, hilariously adding, “So, I guess the grills and the special effects come from China.” Taking it one comical step further, the host treated the audience to an appearance from a guest character named Shriekin’ Joe to tease the rockstar.

The two referenced Rock’s possible involvement in Michigan’s 2018 Senate race, to which Shriekin’ Joe adamantly informed that he would perhaps be in the political competition! “Vote for me, I love Michigan! Kiss my lower peninsula,” yelled the unruly man!

The rowdy character also debuted a company advertisement of his own for his “American-Dumbass-Fun-Time Ice Cream Machines”. His raunchy slogan had the audience in awkward laughter as the commercial made a strong mockery of Rock’s grill commercial, bolding replicating the rockstar’s unique approach.
