Lee Greenwood Stands Before Fireworks For Surreal ‘God Bless The USA’

It was a moment of endless patriotism as singer Lee Greenwood stood before a riveting fireworks display for a performance that captured the American spirit. 

Performing for the Celebrate America Event at Huntsman Springs in Driggs, Idaho, Greenwood graced his crowd with a stellar performance of his patriotic hit “God Bless The USA”. Backed by a series of illuminating fireworks, he belted,

“And I’m proud to be an American/ Where at least I know I’m free/ And I won’t forget the men who died/ Who gave that right to me/ And I gladly stand up/ Next to you and defend her still today/ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land/ God bless the USA.” 

The display left audience members speechless, basking in the singer’s iconic anthem and the surreal experience of a live combination. As the display’s finale lit up the night sky, Greenwood had his crowd rising to their feet and erupting in cheers as his final note perfectly accommodated the show’s epic masterpiece.
