While the faces may have changed, the magic that took place every time Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson took the stage together lives on through their talented sons, Lukas Nelson and Shooter Jennings.

Paying tribute to one of the most iconic singers in the history of music, Lukas and Shooter delivered a masterful rendition of Hank Williams‘ “Your Cheatin’ Heart.” Taking place during their show at Lola’s Saloon in Fort Worth, Texas, the talented friends performed the country classic in a manner strikingly similar to Williams’.

After recording their fathers’ iconic duet “Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys” for Netflix series The Ranch, Lukas asked Shooter if he would like to go on tour with him, and the rest, as they say, is history.

“Your Cheatin’ Heart” was released nearly a month after the great Williams passed away on New Years day of 1953, the song propelled to the top of the charts.
