Miranda Lambert & Carrie Underwood Set CMA Fest On Fire With Explosive ‘Somethin’ Bad’

This duet may just be the fiercest performance to ever hit country music. The two leading ladies of modern country music, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood, ignited the stage of the 2014 CMA Music Festival with a fiery performance of their hit song, “Somethin’ Bad.”

The video begins with both country songstresses en route to the stage, building the audience’s anticipation for what will surely be one of the best performances of the night. The ladies – whom have a combined eight platinum albums between the two of them – take the stage and immediately burst out into their high-octane performance. 

In a genre heavily dominated by men, Lambert and Underwood prove that they are force to be reckoned with through their girl-power performance. Both ladies are known for matching their powerhouse vocals with show-stopping numbers, resulting in an explosive duet everytime they take the stage together. 

“Somethin’ Bad” qukcly skyrocketed No.1 hit on country radio, becoming the first duet between two women to achieve such a feat in over two decades on Billboard’s country chart.
