Miranda Lambert Makes Upsetting Discovery While Out Shopping

While out with her boyfriend, the country superstar was shocked after she found an upsetting item during a recent trip to the store.

Just like everyone else, country music star Miranda Lambert goes shopping and does such at regular stores like Target, Walmart, etc. In fact, she says that she visits Target almost every weekend…but this weekend was different.

In a recent interview with Colton Bradford of FM106.1 in Milwaukee, Lambert explains that she stopped by another store before heading out to her farm. While she was there, she made an upsetting discovery that left her shocked and confused.

“I go there all the time. I go to Target every weekend,” She told Bradford. “Last weekend I went to the Walmart in Dickson because I have a farm out in the country.”

But this didn’t turn out to be an ordinary trip to Walmart and while she was cruising the aisles with her boyfriend, Anderson East, she explains that she found something quite upsetting.

“I was with my boyfriend. We went to Costco and then we went to Walmart,” Lambert continued explaining. “I did see my CD ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’ in the bargain bin, so I got upset.”

While Lambert was upset to find her chart-topping album topping the pile of discount CDs, her boyfriend tried to cheer her up with a bit of humor, adding “Hey! At least you’re on sale!”

It doesn’t sound like she let this discovery bother her too much, but we can only imagine the feeling of all this work and time spent on a project only to find it selling as discount merchandise when you see it on the shelves.

Needless to say, Lambert is still one of the top selling female artists in country music and her dazzling talent is top-shelf material in our book!
